1,500 STUDENTS CRASH!

Posted by Youth-Advocates on May 19, 2008 at 7:54 PM
Underage Drinking Prevention has become a big topic in the last couple of years. You may have even already worked in these projects in your YA groups. Here are some pix from the latest activity from the Douglas YA group where over 1,500 Students got to see the mock accident. It turn out as a great event working in collaboration with the Douglas Police Department, The Douglas Fire Department, The City of Douglas, ADAIR Funeral Home, Douglas High School, Lifeline rescue (who by the way sponsored a REAL HELICOPTER for the scene) and Budget Towing.

I just wanted to congratulate the YA groups for getting this project together, and I think it will surely spread awareness throughout SE Arizona about the dangers of underage drinking.

Hope you are all swell, Shout out to Boneo for getting this online.

Qué onda Mujer!

Emma
